The location was AMAZING. It was in the busy tourist area but a block away from where the tourists are!!! The common spaces are classy and well designed. Breakfast is super cool with a rich menu of dishes and you can order as many as you want!
The bathroom had a strong mold smell and the window in the bathroom does not open. There was NO bathroom fan. The room was small and had no jug for tea making.

The location is great, central to many attractions. I found the staff friendly and helpful . The hotel provides access to an indoor pool and sauna, a great way to relax. I appreciated the reservation system, it ensured I had quality time alone in the facilities.

The hotel had a lovely internal courtyard and showcased art from the restored palace. i found a great mix of modern and historic elements. the location was perfect. It was on the best shopping street, yet only a short walk to the historic areas. i not sketchy at all and centrally located .
the bar staff seemed unhelpful, disappointing. despite our large group, they was disinterested in serving us. they lacked motivation and seemed to just wait for us to leave. it was like the hotel missed a significant opportunity that evening.

The staff were friendly, especially with communication, a very big plus. the food in the restaurant was first class. I dined there and it was excellent. they were always available to help and solve the requests.

the outdoor pool overlooked the garden and was AMAZING!!! a hawk kept the pigeons away, so breakfast was nuisance-free. the breakfast was the best i ever had at a hotel. i had great moments here, i will definitely come back.
